Project and task details (materials, costs, labour, etc.)

Client signatures for extras or approvals

We do not collect personal information automatically. TradeQuote does not access your contacts, location, microphone, or any device data without your permission.

2. How Your Data Is Used

All data you enter is used solely within the app to:

Create and manage building quotes

Generate summaries for client review

Improve your project organization

We do not share, sell, or track your data in any way.

3. Data Storage

All information is stored locally on your device or in a secure, private cloud storage account (if cloud sync is enabled in future versions). You control what is saved, shared, or deleted.

4. Sharing Information

TradeQuote allows you to generate PDFs or summaries for your clients. These files are only shared if you choose to send them via email, AirDrop, or other sharing options on your device.

We do not send any data to external servers or third-party services.

5. Security

We take reasonable precautions to keep your data safe within the app. However, it’s your responsibility to secure your device with a passcode or biometric authentication to prevent unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You can:

View and edit your information at any time

Delete customer, project, or company data from the app

Uninstall the app to remove all local data

We may update this policy if new features require different handling of data. Any changes will be clearly communicated within the app or via update notes.
